We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring structure, strategy, and a consultative mindset to a large-scale workforce management technology modernization effort. This role will focus on improving crew member hiring processes and standards, delivering a standardized implementation across markets, and ensuring alignment with other ongoing modernization initiatives. In this role, you will: Lead the rollout and enhancement of workforce management technology solutions that streamline and standardize crew member hiring processes across multiple markets. Translate business needs into actionable project plans that improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of hiring systems and standards. Drive feature enhancements and system upgrades that improve usability, compliance, and integration with broader workforce modernization efforts. Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, RAID log management, communication planning, and delivery oversight. Partner with stakeholders across business units to align on requirements, dependencies, and success criteria for hiring technology initiatives. Monitor progress against business case objectives and ROI expectations, providing transparent reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership. Coordinate with parallel modernization efforts to identify cross-project interdependencies, proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks. Ensure adoption of consistent processes, documentation, and implementation standards across markets to enable sustainable, repeatable outcomes. Who You Are: A seasoned Project Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex technology and business transformation initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, Prosci, etc.) strongly preferred. Proven success in IT business consulting or related industries such as Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or Technology. Experienced in leading technology rollouts with preferred exposure to workforce management or hiring technologies (e.g., Workday, UKG, Kronos/Dimensions, Oracle, or similar platforms). Adept at managing cross-functional teams, building consensus, and influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Skilled in applying project management frameworks and adapting PMO tools/templates to meet specific business needs. Strong ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and translate disparate inputs into clear, actionable plans. Recognized for your consultative approach, critical thinking, and ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.
