Staff Accountant – Month-End – Close – Journal Entries – Balance Sheet – Reconciliations – AR – A/R – Accounts Receivable – GAAP – Advanced Excel A growing South Bay organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, P&L analysis, accruals, and AR reconciliations. To be successful in this role, the Staff Accountant must be team-oriented and able to work with a diverse group of people. Responsibilities
Perform account analysis and reconciliation Record prepaids, fixed and intangible assets, liabilities, and other accounts Maintain the general ledger Support month-end close Ad-hoc reporting Assist with process improvements Assist with special company projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Advanced Excel Knowledge of US GAAP What is in this Staff Accountant role for you?
