The Value Chain Optimization Director - South Region reports directly to the Vice President, Value Chain Optimization (VCO) - South Region and is responsible for near-term Planning and Optimization of the South Region Value Chain, including Galveston Bay and Garyville Refineries, connected logistics, and international markets served out of the USGC.
Directs refinery Economics and Planning teams and logistics coordinators, communicating operating plans, and asset capabilities and constraints to the commercial organization and commercial strategy to the operating components.
