Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Seasonal Ambassador Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and actively contribute to the store\'s overall sales. Customer Experience:
Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen, ask open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers\' day. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic and inspire others to join in making a positive impact. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations. Team Involvement
Development:
Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):
Encourage open communication, actively listen to perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each employee\'s contributions. Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance:

Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales to improve the customer experience. Policies and Procedures:
Follow opening/closing protocols, product integrity, respectful workplace practices, and health and safety standards. Qualifications
Required:
Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred:
Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Pay:
