This role focuses on making a positive impact through skincare and cosmetics, one product at a time. Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales, utilize store analytics (e.g., StoreForce) and feedback to exceed goals; take ownership of results and contribute to overall store performance. Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening, identifying needs, and demonstrating product benefits. Seek opportunities to enhance the customer’s day and leave the store with a positive impression. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to attract additional traffic. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to make informed recommendations for diverse customer needs. Team Involvement:
Use company resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback to improve performance and skills. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):
Encourage open communication, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and promote belonging and teamwork. Operational Excellence:
Be punctual and reliable; participate in teamwork; maintain wellbeing and stay informed on company news. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; adjust product displays based on sales data; follow opening/closing protocols and health and safety standards. Policies and Procedures:

Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Compensation:
Stonestown Galleria Pay: $20.50 USD per hour Note:
