Material Handler

to contribute to our warehouse operations. This role is vital for maintaining efficient, accurate, and safe operations while ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:

Oversee stock levels, perform audits, and promptly resolve discrepancies. Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet delivery schedules. Material Handling:

Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and palletizers for effective storage and retrieval. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain precise inventory records and prepare operational reports. Safety & Compliance:

Uphold safety protocols and company policies. Customer Service:

Address inquiries related to orders and material handling to ensure satisfaction. Your Profile / Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; preferred certifications in warehouse operations or material handling. Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, including inventory management and equipment operation. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy items and remain active throughout the day. Attention to Detail:

Focus on accuracy in all tasks related to inventory and shipping. Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve discrepancies or inefficiencies. Technical Skills:

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry. Equipment Operation:

Experience with forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Time Management:

Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities under pressure. Communication:

Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions effectively. Work Environment:

Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. The starting pay range for this position is between $20-$22 per hour. Additional rewards, such as discretionary bonuses and equity awards, may also be available based on eligibility and performance.
