PetIQ The Director of Growth Analytics & Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for unifying PetIQ's commercial reporting systems, embedding growth drivers across the business, and enabling advanced Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities. This is a highly cross-functional role reporting to the SVP, Head of Strategy & Insights, with a strong influence across Sales, Marketing, RGM, and Finance. Roles & Responsibilities One Financial Story: Co-lead (with FP&A) the consolidation of Flash and GL-based reporting into a single source of truth. Drive automation and reporting simplification across FP&A, Marketing, and Sales. Transition descriptive reporting to FP&A while enabling self-service adoption. Growth Driver Evangelist: Operationalize five strategic growth drivers in all scorecards, forecasts, and plans. Partner with IT to build and implement tools that orient the business to measure performance and act through the lens of growth drivers. Marketing Mix Modernization: Lead the roadmap to replace Keen with in-house marketing mix models in partnership with internal data science. Drive adoption of internal MMM tools that meet business requirements. Insight Enablement & Influence: Champion Sigma adoption and the shift to self-service analytics. Build internal confidence in PetIQ's reporting systems and influence executive stakeholders to act on insights. Minimum Qualifications 6 years in CPG, ideally across commercial strategy, business intelligence, FP&A, or revenue growth Proven track record of enterprise-level transformation (e.g., large-scale tool replacement or cross-functional change) Executive communication and storytelling skills; can simplify complexity and build business confidence High strategic IQ with a bias for business action and commercial value Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Insights) Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree MBA or advanced business/analytics education Preferred Qualifications CPG experience with marketing ROI, revenue management, or strategic portfolio planning Familiarity with modern BI and forecasting platforms (e.g., Sigma, Vena, Amazon / Google tools) PetIQ provides convenient and affordable pet health and wellness products and veterinary services to pets and their families through retail and ecommerce channels across the country.
