Pairtu has proven early traction with its AI-powered patient advocacy model. Now the company needs a senior growth leader to scale acquisition and retention, validate repeatable channels, and unlock the next growth stage and Series A funding. This is a senior role, reporting directly to the founders. The individual in this role will be responsible for architecting and executing Pairtu’s growth strategy end-to-end. This includes acquisition budgets, channel prioritization, funnel optimization, and retention. Their work will be central to proving scalability to investors, payers, and partners. About our client
Pairtu
was started after its founders fought the healthcare system for their own families. Arian's mom is beating pancreatic cancer today because he learned to navigate insurance rules nobody explains. The company’s vision: everyone deserves that kind of advocacy. Pairtu
combines smart software with human advocates to guide Medicare patients through diagnoses, bills, and care plans. It is a focused team of fewer than 15, backed by investors from Omada, Oscar, and UnitedHealthcare, plus advisors from Oscar Health, One Medical, Ro, United, Uber, and Postmates. The company moves fast with purpose, guided by conscious leadership and a commitment to getting things done.
