Group Business Development: Identify and pursue group business opportunities with a focus on bookings of 51+ rooms on peak. Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, corporate partners, event planners, and other industry influencers to expand market presence and drive sales. Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable contract terms that align with the resort’s business objectives and profitability goals. Client Service Excellence: Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage requests in a timely, professional manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales strategies with promotional efforts and operational capabilities. Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management to evaluate business performance and sales strategies. Qualifications

Negotiation & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate, communicate, and foster positive interpersonal relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Results-Oriented: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a focus on driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Revenue Management Understanding: Basic knowledge of revenue management principles, ensuring pricing and business strategies maximize profitability. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in hotel sales or comparable experience within the hospitality or related industries. Market Knowledge & Networking: Well-connected within the US west region and international markets with a proven ability to build new relationships and expand the resort’s business network. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to promote the resort and cultivate business opportunities. Benefits & Perks
