GI Alliance The Director of Finance, Reporting & Planning plays a central role in the financial management of the organization, overseeing company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting. This highly visible role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of financial planning processes and delivering key insights through standardized and ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with strong technical skills, an ability to synthesize complex data, and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the company-wide annual budget process, partnering with operational finance teams and corporate departments. Coordinate periodic forecasts throughout the year, ensuring alignment with current trends, strategic priorities, and performance targets. Build and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models and tools. Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Own the consolidated financial reporting process across all business units, including roll-up of departmental, service line, and operational P&Ls. Prepare the company’s monthly Financial & Operating Review (FOR) package, incorporating financial results, KPIs, and commentary. Develop and deliver the annual budget presentation to executive leadership and the parent company. Support the development of financial materials for quarterly board meetings. Liaison & Collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact between accounting, corporate finance and operational finance leaders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and data integrity. Act as the finance reporting liaison to the parent company, managing financial submissions and responding to information requests. Support strategic initiatives and special projects with financial analysis and reporting as needed. Process Improvement & Systems

Continuously enhance reporting processes and tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Manage and maintain the financial reporting and planning system and work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data and alignment of planning and actuals. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a multisite provider, MSO, or related healthcare environment. Demonstrated success managing complex budgeting and forecasting processes in a multi-entity environment. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency with enterprise planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Power BI, Excel).
