Our Account Executives are key in our Field Sales organization, focusing on net new revenue and guiding new customers to adopt our enterprise management cloud solutions. Responsibilities include: Developing strategies for targeting and closing opportunities in assigned territory Account planning and coordination with pre-sales teams Selling Workday solutions to prospects and sharing value propositions Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data About You
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Analytics sales experience to C-levels Negotiation experience with C-Suite executives Experience generating and developing leads within a territory Other Qualifications: Proven success in high-velocity sales cycles Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape Team collaboration skills Excellent communication skills Pay and Benefits
The salary range for primary locations is $110,300 - $134,800 USD, with variations based on location, experience, and skills. Compensation may include bonuses, stock grants, and other benefits. For more details, click here. Flexible Work Approach
