You will lead a practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. DDS/DMD degree with active, unrestricted Michigan license. Commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. Desire for continuous learning and clinical skill development. Ability and willingness to credential with various dental insurance plans. Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Flexibility to sit or stand as needed; maintain physical stamina for up to 45 pounds lifting if required. Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training throughout the year. TB testing required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN); test arranged during pre-employment.
