Chief Development Officer (CDO)
to lead our fundraising efforts and secure transformational investments that support equity, justice, and empowerment for women and communities across LA. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, the CDO will drive our revenue strategy, expand philanthropic partnerships, and lead a talented development team to advance the goals of our 2024–2029 Strategic Plan. In This Role, You Will
Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising plan aligned with organizational priorities Secure major gifts ($250K–$1M+), foundation and corporate grants, and high-impact annual gifts Lead our new signature event, YHER (Honor, Elevate, Respect), and other donor-focused experiences Expand the Justice For Her Giving Circle to 100+ annual contributors Oversee all aspects of grants management, donor relations, and stewardship Build and coach a high-performing fundraising team Partner with the CEO and Board to deepen donor relationships and drive transformational giving Position Details
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Salary Range: $152,692 – $175,000 Schedule: Full-time; evenings/weekends as needed for events Be Part of Something Bigger
