University of California, San Francisco . This position will be hybrid, with 80% work from home and 20% on-site at Mission Bay campus. Duration of approximately 8 months; will include optional medical benefits, holiday pay, sick leave accrual and vacation pay. Will provide operations support for the Training & Health Equity Collaborative portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for Zoom or Adobe Connect webinars, meetings, and conferences. Provide logistical support for faculty development conferences and other educational programs. Provide administrative support for THE Collaborative senior management team and the TDU program team, including:

Logistics for visitors and trainings Operations support for purchasing and reimbursements Day-to-day office management functions

Conduct evaluation data management for regional program efforts, including CHAMP data for TDU. Assist with project coordination, program material development, database and spreadsheet maintenance, and other program-related functions. Support coordination of social media platforms and website updates. Conduct research and literature reviews; facilitate, review, and coordinate peer reviews for articles. Support abstract submissions and preparation of conference poster presentations. Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (international, domestic, and state-sponsored) and reimbursement documents. Process reimbursement reconciliation and track travel logistics. Support expense reconciliation in collaboration with the Financial Assistant and RSA. Order supplies and manage office resource needs. Coordinate FCM and UCSF projects in collaboration with unit teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Minimum 1 year of related experience. Working knowledge of common organization- or research-specific computer application programs. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Working knowledge of procurement, finance, and administrative techniques. About UCSF
