What We Need We're seeking a high-performing senior seller to drive new revenue from both brand and performance marketers and agency partners. This role is central to Yieldmo's growth—connecting our creative-first, data-driven solutions with marketers who want results that stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently delivering strong results across the entire sales funnel—from outbound prospecting and in-person meetings to proposal development and closing complex deals. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate value and shape solutions that create measurable client impact. We're looking for someone with 5–10+ years of senior sales experience, established client relationships, and a sharp understanding of the media ecosystem. What You Can Expect In This Role

Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with leading brands and agencies Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals by closing strategic deals Leverage your existing network to drive product adoption and highlight the company's unique value. Deliver proposals that combine data-driven insights with persuasive sales storytelling Cultivate long-term partnerships across brand and agency decision-makers Partner with Account Management, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, and Technical Account Management to ensure flawless campaign delivery Proactively manage client expectations and performance outcomes to drive retention and renewals Represent the company at industry events and in-person client meetings to foster trust and deepen engagement Stay ahead of market and industry shifts to position Yieldmo's creative-first, premium supply solutions Requirements

5–10+ years of sales success with a track record of exceeding quotas in media or ad tech Experience selling into large organizations, including both brands and media agencies Established client relationships with experience selling managed brand and performance media Deep knowledge of the media landscape including programmatic buying, measurement, and ad formats across display, video, CTV, web, and mobile You bring drive, resilience, and an ownership mindset that thrives in dynamic environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Willingness and ability to travel for in-person client meetings and industry events Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager. Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership. Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.
