Location: Remote (USA only — PST hours preferred) with some office travel required Annual salary: USD 55,000 to USD 85,000 Type: Full-time contract (6 month to 1-year term, with the possibility to extend) Reports to: Director, Finance & Operations Job Description

The Finance Operations Associate will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations. This role spans accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, journal entries, and system/process support, with opportunities to contribute to special projects from time to time. Responsibilities

Post all A/P and A/R transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO) and ensure payments are recorded. Perform validity checks to confirm transactions in QBO match the source system. Assist with reconciliation activities and provide support for A/P and A/R processes as needed. Prepare reconciliation workpapers to align A/P and A/R balances with cash received, expenses, and deductions. Post journal entries (JEs) for A/R adjustments, expenses, and deductions. Cash Management & Journal Entries

Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of supporting schedules (e.g., Prepaids, bank reconciliations, payroll, credit cards). Systems & Process Support

Collaborate on system-related tasks and assist with maintaining financial workflows. Participate in special projects as assigned by management. Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3+ years of experience in accounting operations, particularly in the SaaS, gaming and computing hardware industries. Audit firm experience is highly preferable. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and accounting principles. Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), bill.com and other ERP preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. We Offer
