Headquarters are in Haag, Switzerland; production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan. Responsibilities

Work within a cross functional team of engineers, technicians, customer service, product management and finance to effectively execute the global sales strategy. Develop quarterly and annual growth plans aimed at increasing market share and driving strategically important corporate objectives. Engage global account customers to identify and specify value-added opportunities for VAT customized solutions, including special valves and multi-valve modules. Lead a team of product managers and applications engineers to provide technical assistance for product selection, promote the entire range of VAT Vacuum valve products, provide quotes and follow opportunities through to completion. Understand the TAM and SAM of customer business units; prepare strategic plans and supporting tactics to grow VAT Share of Wallet within responsible business units. Build system roadmaps and work to displace the competition on legacy equipment and attain specification wins on all new system developments. Stay abreast of market intelligence and industry trends within the account; report findings and opportunities to VAT management and product groups. Demonstrate leadership with peers and management to propagate a one VAT team approach. Proactively manage custom engineering projects and act as liaison between the customer and the product groups at the VAT Swiss headquarters. Travel globally as required to serve the global account and the VAT Swiss headquarters based on internal initiatives and customer projects. Demonstrate highest level of professionalism, ethical behavior and integrity in all aspects of the KAM role. Qualifications & Competencies

4 year University degree, technical discipline preferred. Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Experience managing a global account for a publicly traded company preferred. Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills; creativity, enthusiasm and a positive can-do approach required. Ability to work in a team environment, work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment. Computer literacy and highly proficient with MS Office suite. Vacuum technology and system architecture knowledge required.
