YOUR CHALLENGES

Lead, coach, and developa high-performing U.S. sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Take fullsales ownershipfor assigned territories and/or key strategic customers.

Develop and executegrowth strategiesto expand market presence and increase wallet share with existing accounts.

Build and maintainproductive, long-term relationshipswith key decision-makers and technical stakeholders at major customer accounts and distribution partners.

Partner with VAT’sBusiness Unitsto define and close large-scale, technically complex opportunities.

Oversee thetechnical and commercial developmentof customized customer solutions and proposals.

Ensure thequality and consistency of sales execution, including preparation, tracking, and closing of offers.

Continuouslymonitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to guide strategy and team priorities.

Plan and overseeproduct presentations, trade shows, and local marketing activities, in coordination with headquarters.

Participate actively insales meetings, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

Minimum5 years of sales experience, with at least2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

Proven success in thesemiconductor, mechanical engineering, or vacuumindustries preferred.

Strongtechnical backgroundin mechanical engineering or related field.

Excellentleadership, communication, and interpersonal skills— able to motivate and guide a distributed sales team.

Highlyself-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain customer relationshipsat all levels.

Comfortable with 50–60% travel, both domestically and internationally.

Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems
