Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated
Neonatologist
to join our nationally recognized neonatology team—ranked #26 nationally in neonatology by U.S. News & World Report. Be part of a collaborative, high-performing group serving Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, consistently named one of the Best Children’s Hospitals in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
Responsibilities
Well-established and respected practice caring for 1,900 babies annually in Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies
Work in a state-of-the-art, Level-IV NICU with 142 beds
Collaborate with the NICU team at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, providing full-service pediatric and surgical subspecialty services
Support from RN/RT teams for the delivery room; PICC line management by a team of RNs; NICU transports coordination
Engage with Winnie Palmer’s Fetal Care Center, EXIT procedure capability and Women’s Intensive Care Unit
Demonstrate leadership, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
Join a team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs; participate in fellowship training (as a Neonatal Fellowship site since 2022) and advanced training in POCUS and neonatal hemodynamics
Involve in education, research, and clinical development programs
