You Are: As the Quality Assurance Development and Defect Management Lead Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing high-performing, scalable, and reliable Oracle-based solutions. You will also be knowledgeable of database architecture and best practices for Oracle SQL and PL/SQL coding style and application tuning. The Work: Define and implement migration strategies from legacy systems to new architecture and technologies. Work within a team environment that includes geographically distributed team members. Work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Design and build flexible and extensible systems with focus on code reuse and generation. Here's What You Need: 10+ years of relevant developer experience 5+ years of experience in Database Design, Data architecture and Process Control flow Technical experience in Oracle EBS HR Payroll knowledge and Accenture Development Methodology and Standards implementation experience Experience designing and developing complex enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) on large Oracle databases using SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall) Experience with writing detailed technical specifications for developers; design, validate and execute software test plans Experience in performance tuning, application monitoring and support of production applications with distributed teams Strong background in Unix environment and capable of Unix Shell scripting Excellent skills in Oracle databases and PL/SQL Bonus Points If: Excellent in impact-analysis and root cause analysis Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to anticipate and avoid problems Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences Familiar with Application Development Life Cycle and be able to independently participate in each component The Extras: US Citizen The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance will be required As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $160,700—$306,500 USD. Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
