Overview
OPSEC SME OSD Intelligence and Security - Immediate Hire at JMark Services, Inc. is a full-time position located in Washington, DC. Clearance required: TS/SCI. This role provides executive assistant and experienced advisement to senior DoD leadership on intelligence, counterintelligence, security, sensitive activities, and related matters within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Intelligence & Security) and related DoD components. Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) Technical writing and development of briefs Prepare and coordinate briefings; transition concepts to execution; assist in joint operational planning in support of operations and official correspondence Contribute to the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Courses of Action (COAs), and related documents Identify shortfalls, prioritize, validate requirements, and adapt development planning in response to the information environment Support planning, policy development, strategy, and compliance meetings relevant to OPSEC and Information Operations Provide input to DOTMLPF reviews related to the Defense OPSEC Program and Information Operations policies Represent the OPSEC Division at key OSD and interagency meetings, prepare briefs, and coordinate with OUSD(I) staff Coordinate and collaborate with DoD Components and interagency actions to facilitate DoD decisions on OPSEC support Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience with CATMS; More than 5 years’ experience may substitute for a degree In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 511004 Vol 1 OPSEC experience TS/SCI clearance Work Environment & Travel
Full-time, Monday through Friday, professional office environment. Limited travel may be required. Standard office equipment used; physical demands include talking/hearing, standing/walking, handling, reaching; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Equal Employment Opportunity
