About this role
We’re seeking a
Research Scientist / Engineer
to be a foundational member of a US-based AI lab, driving the evolution of cutting-edge interactive video technologies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and train state-of-the-art generative models, collaborate across research and engineering, and help shape the future of human–pixel interaction. What we’re looking for Education:
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or MSc with equivalent industry research experience. Experience:
Strong, hands-on background in training generative models (e.g., diffusion, rectified flow). Proven ability to transition ideas from research to production. Bonus points for experience with
multimodal (video/audio) data
or
real-time systems. What you’ll do Design and train advanced generative models (diffusion, rectified flow, etc.) for video. Develop and optimize proprietary infrastructure for
fast inference
and
rapid training at scale. Collaborate across research and engineering to prototype and ship
interactive user experiences. Contribute to the overall research agenda, driving innovation at the frontier of generative AI.
