Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This role involves using hand tools and machinery while adhering to detailed instructions and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble medical devices through both repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly tasks using visual aids, diagrams, and written or verbal instructions.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment for manufacturing and packaging.
Perform inspections and continuity checks on products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Operate packaging equipment and complete batch records and other documentation.
Follow strict protocols for personal hygiene and gowning to comply with controlled environment regulations.
Essential Skills
1-5 years of assembly experience
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly techniques
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with mechanical assembly
General labor experience

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment on a 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 12am, and Friday from 10am to 2pm. Adhere to strict protocols for personal hygiene and gowning to maintain controlled environment standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
