Hiring Package:
$250,000 Base Salary Year 1 Medical, Dental and Vision available STD and LTD available Up to $10,000 relocation allowance 2,500 CME allowance annually 1:4 average weekend call Join a provider group with more than 40 clinic locations all over Arizona Join more than 60 Nephrologists Advance Practice Providers Southwest Kidney Institute is a founding member of Renal Care Organization – National Platform representing approximately 250 providers and nearly 300k CKD patients Preferred Candidates:
