Hiring Package
$250,000 Base Salary Year 1
Medical, Dental and Vision available
STD and LTD available
Up to $10,000 relocation allowance
2,500 CME allowance annually
1:4 average weekend call

S outhwest Kidney Institute is a founding member of Renal Care Organization – National Platform representing approx. 250 providers and nearly 300k CKD patients
