We firmly believe that establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships is the key to our success. Role Description 1. Integrated Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and execute the firm’s

annual marketing strategy and budget , ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Supervise and publish

weekly press releases

(firm news, case updates, lawyer features, or media coverage). Plan and manage social media strategy and content calendar for

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and WeChat Channels , with

1–2 posts per week per platform . Coordinate with attorneys and practice groups to create engaging, compliant, and client-friendly content. 2. Client Communication & Lead Generation

Design and produce a

monthly client newsletter , including topic selection, writing, layout, distribution, and contact list management. Build a

content-to-lead conversion funnel , integrating newsletters, website forms, and CRM workflows. Oversee

client inquiry calls , including intake scripts, lead qualification, tracking, and handoff to the appropriate attorney. Continuously optimize the client communication process to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction. 3. Events & Public Relations

Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, legal seminars, media collaborations, and community engagement activities. Manage media relationships, coordinate interviews, and ensure all public statements comply with legal advertising regulations. Support attorney branding initiatives, podcasts, and speaking opportunities. 4. Data Analytics & Compliance

Build and maintain a marketing dashboard (Google Analytics 4, CRM, Ads Manager, Email Marketing Reports) to track key performance indicators. Provide

monthly and quarterly performance reports

with insights and improvement plans. Ensure full compliance with

state bar advertising rules , disclaimers, and internal review processes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience

in marketing, branding, or growth management, preferably in

law, accounting, or professional services . Excellent bilingual writing skills (English and Mandarin preferred) , with the ability to turn complex legal topics into clear and accessible content. Hands-on experience with

email marketing (Mailchimp / SendGrid / HubSpot), CRM systems (Clio / Salesforce / HubSpot), paid ads, and content marketing . Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of ROI, CAC, and lead conversion funnels. Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead & Revenue Metrics:

Qualified inbound leads, consultations booked, client conversions, CAC, and marketing ROI. Brand & Engagement:

Media exposure, brand mentions, newsletter open and click-through rates, website conversion rate, and social media growth. Operational Quality:

On-time content delivery, event ROI, call handling and follow-up response rate, and full compliance record. Working Hours & Environment

Standard full-time schedule; flexibility required during events or high-volume periods. Hybrid work model available (office + remote).
