LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Portland, OR, to hire a Recruiter. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. Location:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation:

$25–$32 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Post job openings and manage applicant flow across multiple platforms Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings as needed Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Benefits and Compensation: Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
