LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Portland, OR, to hire an HRIS Specialist. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join their team. In this role, you will support the organization by managing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with reporting and process improvements.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation:
$26–$35 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Maintain and update the HRIS system with accurate employee information Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards Assist HR team members with system training and user support Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR systems and workflows Qualifications: Previous experience working with HRIS systems (such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar) Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion HR or systems administration background preferred Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
