We are hiring Biopharmaceutical Technicians and Buffer & Media Technicians on Day and Night shifts (12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of 2/2/3: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM).
Minimum base pay is $21/hour (plus built-in overtime). Base pay varies by education, experience, and position level.

How will you make an impact?
The candidate will be responsible for operations supporting the manufacture of Commercial and Clinical Biologics. They will follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and perform functions related to Upstream (cell culture) and Downstream (purification) biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including but not limited to:
- Propagation of mammalian cell culture
- Aseptic cell culture operations
- Execution of large-scale production bioreactors (50 L – 2000 L)
- Large-scale chromatography, viral inactivation, viral filtration, ultrafiltration and diafiltration
- Aseptic filling of bulk drug substance
What will you do?
- Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions and SOPs with a focus on right-the-first-time execution; assist with batch record reconciliation.
- Assist in Department functions: maintaining suite, supplies, equipment, logbooks and data per site SOPs and policies.
- Document activities to meet cGMP; complete document reviews, revisions, daily record review, tasks and databases; provide feedback.
- Critically evaluate processes and think ahead.
- Complete preventative maintenance and work notifications; perform equipment testing and routine troubleshooting.
- Prioritize tasks by interpreting production schedules and completing tasks accordingly.
- Participate in shift exchanges, 1-1s, meetings and lean activities as needed to support area needs.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required. An Associate in a relevant scientific field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry is a plus.
Experience
- No experience required, but 1-3 years of relevant lab experience or similar is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or GMP environment preferred.

- Understanding the "why" behind processes and practices
- Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques; related chemical concepts are a plus
