Main Responsibilities
- Plan shop workflow
- Audit repairs
- Order parts
- Assist technicians with repairs
- Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years diesel technician experience
- Customer service experience
Desired Qualifications
- Class A CDL License
- Management/Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
Schedule: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning
