Providing strategic direction and oversight of printing, installation, logistics and project execution. Drive efficiency, quality, safety and profitability across multiple departments. Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and performance standards to improve efficiency and reduce waste and downtime. Lead and mentor department managers, meeting and/or exceeding company targets and goals. Set and monitor KPIs related to production, installation, safety and profitability. Work with the executive management team on business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Control operational costs and material usage and optimize labor. Research and evaluate potential new equipment and technologies to increase capacity and competitiveness. Identify opportunities for growth including new services, products and geographic expansion. Full P&L responsibility. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' management experience in sign printing, construction and installation. Strategic operational leadership experience. Able to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex projects. Proven track record in operational systems and process improvements. Budgeting, P&L and financial management. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Excellent communication skills. Vendor management experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary range $90,000 - $125,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, 401k and relocation package. Company Description
