Support client engagements by reviewing staff work product, coordinating with clients and internal team members, managing deadlines, and tracking engagement economics. Identify and resolve tax technical issues and share insights to improve processes and efficiency. Interact with a wide range of clients and colleagues as part of a growing global team. Skills and Attributes For Success
Provide domestic federal tax advice tailored to client needs Stay up to date with legislation affecting planning activities Supervise teams and share knowledge of leading-practices Build relationships at all levels, internally and externally Prepare practical recommendations for complex tax issues Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or graduate degree in Tax or Law; approximately three years of related work experience Progress toward or completion of CPA certification or licensed attorney status Background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax; broad understanding of US income taxation Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and data mining tools Ability to prioritize multiple projects and integrate into client teams Willingness to travel as needed; ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment Preferred
Experience in a professional services environment Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Adaptability to work with both internal and client teams What We Look For
