Overview
TriTech Enterprise Systems Inc. (TriTech) is seeking an onsite Desktop Support Specialist to provide support for DC Government General Services Administration (DGS). The DSS resolves support incidents and requests and meets customer satisfaction and service delivery targets. This is a part-time, onsite position (up to 20 hours per week) in Washington, DC, with duties at the main site and up to 7 additional addresses. Responsibilities
Aid customers with technical problems involving desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, and print services Troubleshoot issues by diagnostic techniques via phone, live chat, or on-site visits Guide offsite customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve problems Provide IT solutions for basic desktop support and print services Record events and update statuses in a service management system (e.g., ServiceNow, email, QuickBase) Install and maintain software across agency platforms (MS Office, Adobe, MS Project, MS Visio) Ensure security and network operations related to McAfee Install and maintain secure print software and perform QA reviews Assist in preparing training materials for DGS printing services with vendors Map users to printers/print services and to network drives Organize and conduct training meetings as appropriate Support printers and scanners; identify basic tech problems and root causes; troubleshoot and resolve using approved tools Provide secure print training to DGS end users Qualifications
IT certifications Hardware support for laptops, desktops, and tablets Windows 10 & 11 MS Office 2013, 2016, and O365 Copier and desktop printer support Location and Employment Details
