Responsibilities

Client engagement and support: guide Startup clients through onboarding, build and maintain strong relationships, provide proactive support and problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Customized success planning: collaborate with startup founders and finance leaders to develop tailored success plans addressing their specific business needs and goals.

Feedback collection and analysis: gather feedback from clients to continually enhance services, monitor client progress, and measure success through KPIs and metrics.

Resource connection and community building: connect startups and finance leaders with relevant resources, such as funding opportunities and strategic partners, through events and peer-to-peer learning initiatives.

Measure and track KPIs: e.g., NPS, client product usage, client retention, response times, referrals.

Develop a deep understanding of the Brex product set, with ability to provide demos of products and features.

Increase utilization of Brex product by understanding client businesses and proactively identifying solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within startups, finance, SaaS, or banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decisions and strategies.

Experience using software tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Retool, etc.

Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle and common challenges faced by startups.

Passion for startups and prior sales experience, including carrying quota.

Location: Hybrid role based in SF or New York; in-office scheduled twice per week.

Compensation The expected OTE range for this role is $194,260 - $242,950. The starting wage will depend on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE includes base salary and commissions, which may be earned depending on performance. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package.
