Job Summary
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Pest Control Service Professional. We welcome applicants from various hardworking, blue-collar fields, including construction, lawn care, landscaping, retail, grocery, and customer service. If you have a positive attitude and customer service expertise, we will equip you with the necessary training for success! Your responsibilities will include inspecting and applying pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. Exemplifying outstanding customer service and professionalism while adhering to a daily service schedule will be key to your role.
Position Details
Full-time position
$18 - $19 per hour
$500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates
Responsibilities
Access various types of structures safely including crawl spaces, stairs, and ladders.
Deliver top-notch customer service to effectively resolve pest issues.
Accurately read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly based on measurements and required quantities.
Document work activities and complete all necessary paperwork after services.
Execute residential pest control service routes with exceptional customer service, professionalism, and efficiency.
Carry out all tasks essential to pest management, including customer consultations, inspections, identification and mitigation of conducive conditions, and administering proper treatments.
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and other job-related items.
Address and resolve customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.

Experience & Other Requirements Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check. Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license. Pest control experience is preferred. Comfortable working in the presence of all pests. Experience in physical labor and outdoor work is beneficial. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and crouching.
