Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Pest Control Service Professional. We welcome candidates from various labor-intensive backgrounds including construction, lawn care, retail, and customer service sectors. If you possess a positive attitude and stellar service experience, we will equip you with the necessary training to thrive in this role! You will conduct inspections and apply pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients, utilizing superior, environmentally-responsible products. You will showcase top-tier customer service and professionalism while following a structured daily service schedule.
Position Details:
Full-time opportunities available
Hourly pay of $18 - $19
$500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates
Responsibilities:
Enter and exit buildings, including accessing crawl spaces, climbing structures, and maneuvering through stairs and ladders.
Provide outstanding customer service to resolve pest-related challenges.
Interpret pesticide labels accurately to mix products based on specific measurements.
Document work activities and complete all necessary reports after service completion.
Execute residential pest control routes with a focus on customer satisfaction, professionalism, and efficiency.
Conduct all tasks involved in pest control services: including customer consultations, inspections, identifying and eliminating conducive conditions, and administering appropriate treatments.
Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicles, and job-related resources.
Address and resolve customer concerns using integrated pest management techniques.

Previous pest control experience is desirable but not essential. Comfortable working with various pests. Experience in physically demanding roles, especially outdoors. Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, sedentary work, stretching, reaching, and crouching. Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
