Achieve Beyond . We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Fellows to join our New York City team, to work with children and families. New York City Location: Positions are available throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island boroughs. We provide pediatric therapy in homes, community, and clinic settings, with a culture of collaboration and support to ensure high-quality services and strong ethical standards. We offer services in ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy, and Special Education/SEIT. We serve children and families across the metro New York area and surrounding regions. Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings. Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over. Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings. Follow the individualized therapy plan for each child, plan ongoing treatment, address identified goals, and document progress. Prepare progress reports as indicated. Maintain child records and confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines. Requirements
Must have a passion for working with children and families. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Passing score on the Praxis. Self-motivated, a team player, patient, and professional. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases (driving a personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation). Ability to ascend and descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits
