Senior Director, Talent Management & Organizational Development
Overview
Drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives that fuel growth and innovation. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and is a permanent, hybrid position.
The Position
The Senior Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development, will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Children’s Talent Strategy through practical, business-driven talent solutions.
This position reports to the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management and oversees a team of 9 FTEs.
Work with senior leadership to develop and execute a robust talent development and strategic plan, including talent planning, succession, bench planning, career pathing, and individual development planning, aligned with enterprise objectives.
Ideal candidates are subject matter experts in building talent management strategies and processes. Ability to navigate ambiguity, with excellent consulting, communication, and organizational skills, is essential.
This role primarily offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office days coordinated with leadership. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.
Requirements
Master’s degree required.
Certification in learning and/or talent development strongly preferred.
Minimum of ten years of experience in talent management or organizational development, with at least seven years of leadership experience.
