KPMG US . KPMG is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. This role involves providing tax services to asset management clients, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering high quality tax advice in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a variety of Asset Management clients Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects Manage a portfolio of clients, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, and build/manage client relationships Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high-quality tax service and advice Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM (or other approved credential); if not yet possessed at hire, must obtain at least one approved designation within one year Prior experience with pass-through entities, partnerships and corporations Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information Seniority level
