KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. Responsibilities
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects. Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size; act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; build and manage client relationships. Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets. Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax service and advice. Participate in market and business activities external to the firm. Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM (or other approved credential) with timeline to obtain additional credentials if not already held at hire. Prior experience with pass-through entities, partnerships and corporations. Experience managing multiple client engagements and service teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
