SEARCH MANDATE:
Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio, a Professional Services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.
COMPENSATION:
A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

Hold Period: Exit planned for 2027
Deal Structure: Control buyout
INVESTMENT THESIS:
Transform the business and drive scale within 18-24 months.
Lead M&A integration efforts, including oversight of key systems and financial records integration.
Evolve existing FP&A capabilities to be a value-added function that drives decision-making company wide.
Collaborate with the CEO in developing annual operating budget and lead long-term financial planning.
THE SPONSOR:
This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Today the sponsor owns 18 portfolio companies and has $1B in cumulative capital commitments.

Functional: Top financial leader of a Professional Services company OR divisional finance leader
