Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multisite services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis for this platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. COMPENSATION:

Transform the business and drive scale. Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial and business plans, providing analysis, insights, and specific guidance to the Board of Directors. Oversee the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, interrogation of assets and liabilities, financial modeling, and recommendations and reporting to the Board of Directors.
