Paid Social Strategist (Remote US) at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. The role works with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. The Senior Social Media Strategist reports to the Associate Director and is a key part of the social media team. This is a remote-first role with opportunities to collaborate in person as needed. Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Understand client positioning and unique value propositions Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM Manage personal productivity and utilization Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting) to maximize ROI What You Offer (Qualifications)

2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more) Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and others Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization) Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to drive decisions Ability to drive results and measure via OCT Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data Independent and collaborative problem-solver with a growth mindset Willingness to stay on the cutting edge of the industry and share learnings Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Quality-focused with passion for advertising Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed What Success Looks Like

Base salary range for this position in the United States is $70,000–$80,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. This range is an estimate and may vary based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.
