Lead a dedicated team of emergency veterinarians. Demonstrate strong surgical skills and provide mentorship to DVMs and shift leads. Foster a leadership presence that supports professional growth and client continuity. Qualifications
Experienced emergency veterinarian with strong surgical skills. Passionate about mentorship and leadership, eager to take on or expand a Medical Director role. Compensation & Benefits
Annual earning potential of $300K+ through 23–25% production (no negative accrual). Guaranteed minimum of 10 shifts per month (day or swing) with a $170K base. Shift Pay: $1,400 – Day (6am–6pm); $1,400 – Swing (1pm–1am); $1,600 – Night (6pm–6am). Medical Director stipend: $1,400/month ($16,800/year). Leadership CE allowance: $2,500 annually. Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA, commuter benefits. 401(k) with up to 3% employer match; licensing, liability insurance, uniforms, memberships covered; relocation assistance available.
