Catapult . Catapult’s mission is to improve the performance of athletes and teams by engineering the premier technology platform for sport. Since 2006 we have been at the forefront of sports technology and science, helping athletes and coaches use data to win. Our solutions include video analytics and athlete monitoring that support scouting, recruiting, teaching, and in-game performance. Catapult is looking for a data-driven playmaker who loves learning, thrives on continuous improvement, and is ready to make an impact in a fast-growing, evolving team. You will transform raw numbers into clear insights and help guide winning strategies across the organization by turning diverse data sets into actionable recommendations. In this role, you’ll analyze revenue-related data—turning insights into growth and efficiency opportunities by examining sales funnels, market trends, and operational performance. You will use data transformation and visualization tools to keep our go-to-market strategy grounded in data.
What You’ll Do
Analyze Revenue Performance: Monitor churn, downsell, upsell, and product adoption trends across regions to identify risks and growth opportunities. Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear recommendations to enable data-driven decisions. Support Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad hoc deep-dives into revenue drivers, customer behavior, and market performance, presenting findings clearly. Build & Maintain Reporting: Develop dashboards and recurring reports tracking key GTM and revenue metrics with accuracy and accessibility. Visualize & Communicate Data: Create engaging visual reports that highlight performance trends and guide optimization across the business. What You’ll Need
Analytical & Modeling Expertise: 5+ years in analytics (Sales Ops, RevOps, or FP&A) with proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and forecasts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace; SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred. Insight Generation: Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives and KPIs. Collaboration & Communication: Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering cross-functionally. Mindset & Execution: Proactive, independent problem-solver with strong project management, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Why Catapult?

We encourage constructive, open communication and foster a collaborative environment to improve performance for our teams and customers.
