Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 equity ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment

10 exam rooms and one triage room
Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Hospital San Antonio’s Baptist Emergency Hospitals are not freestanding emergency departments, but rather “micro hospitals” that provide inpatient services as well as 24/7 emergency medical care. Each facility offers streamlined admitting procedures, highly qualified physicians and medical specialists at every level of care, and the latest diagnostic equipment. The Rigsby location is situated on the east side of San Antonio.
Community San Antonio is a city rich in history, culture, education, and recreation. Residents enjoy all the advantages of living in a large city with a strong sense of community and small-town vibe. Home of the Alamo, the San Antonio Spurs, and the River Walk with cafes and shops. Numerous residential opportunities and many colleges and universities in the area.

Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Schertz
Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Converse
Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Rigsby
