We work across Technology, Life Sciences, Built Environment and Renewable Energy. The role includes a structured 12-week launch and ignition training to develop high-performing sales and recruitment capabilities focused on renewables, finance and construction - EPC markets. The Opportunity
Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include: Identify and target potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles Build relationships with candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business Present suitable candidates and negotiate offers and contracts Provide expert market-related recruitment advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity and candidate information Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references Provide post-placement support to ensure successful integration into the role and organization What we are looking for
Former sales, recruitment or client / phone-based experience preferred A desire for in-office presence with a start-up, all-hands-on-deck mentality Fulfillment through KPI-centered goals and clear promotional expectations A self-motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to identify and create advancement opportunities with our team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Uphold a 'Good Human' ethos with a supportive team-player mindset Future You – focus on self-development and contributing to LHi Group's culture What we offer
Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000 USD base) + Commission + Equity Health care – Medical, Dental, and Vision; 21+ PTO, 13 holidays, 5 sick days + 1 volunteer day 401k with match Equity – EOT starting equity is $200k after 12 months tenure Lifeworks program – mental health counseling and well-being resources Leadership, directorship and team trainings Incentives and recognition programs Generous family leave and community outreach days What we need from you
