Senior Brand Manager, Innovation - Ferrero Global Brands Ferrero Global Brands is seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation to support growth into ice cream and shape a long-term innovation strategy that commercializes new Ferrero Global Brands in our category. The Senior Brand Manager will facilitate a cross-functional team of experts in creating and commercializing disruptive, differentiated new products that drive growth. This role requires leadership of the full innovation process with deep data-driven consumer insights, brand marketing, product development, and agile collaboration with cross-functional partners, especially R&D and operations. The Senior Brand Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Director, Innovation.

Responsibilities

Innovation strategy: partner with Central Innovation, USA Brand stakeholders, and channel leaders to identify how innovation supports long-term growth goals.

Consumer insights: apply qualitative and quantitative research and immersion methods to derive actionable insights.

Empathy: develop a deep understanding of consumer contexts, challenges, and motivations shaping behavior.

Creativity: lead ideation, develop concepts, and collaborate with design agencies on packaging structure and design.

Product development: work with Central Innovation, R&D, procurement, and operations to develop differentiated products that can be manufactured efficiently.

Strategic communication: provide recommendations to guide decisions and prioritization with vision and analytical rigor.

Marketing partnership: collaborate with Central Innovation and Ferrero USA Brand team on packaging, sales materials, and consumer communication.

Sales partnership: participate in buyer meetings and develop channel-led innovation opportunities.

Team/project management: define scope, timelines, and business cases, and lead cross-functional teams to execute successful innovations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Sales. MBA preferred.

6-10 years of experience in brand management, including experience in innovation or an MBA-equivalent combination.

5+ years of experience developing and commercializing new products.

Strong written and verbal communication, including expertise in concept development.

Ability to influence decisions with cross-functional and Central Innovation stakeholders.

Track record of building teams, fostering experimentation, and creating positive culture.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and applying strategic thinking to undefined opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to identify insights that lead to successful products.

Critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical skills, relationship management, and strong organizational skills.

The base pay range for this position is $128,501 to $179,902 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
