Senior Vice President, Office of the Chief Product and Innovation Officer role at BNY. Key Responsibilities
Partner with the COO and senior team to support execution of strategic and operational priorities for the Office of the Chief Product and Innovation Officer Support the tracking and coordination of the product pipeline, execution milestones, and internal governance processes Assist in driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams on key priorities and deliverables Coordinate recurring business operations including financial tracking, headcount planning, executive reporting, and QPR inputs Identify and help resolve operational challenges or process gaps that may slow delivery or reduce effectiveness Contribute to internal communications, presentation materials, and stakeholder engagement efforts across executive leadership forums Help manage team rhythms (e.g., staff meetings, updates, planning sessions) and contribute to team culture, onboarding, and connectivity Additional Responsibilities
Support high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with innovation and growth goals Assist with structuring workstreams, defining milestones, and monitoring execution progress Help drive clear, consistent internal communication and storytelling to highlight impact and surface insights Contribute to resource planning and program-level reporting, including return-on-investment perspectives Foster a collaborative, innovative, and delivery-focused team environment Ideal Profile
7+ years of experience in business management, strategy, product operations, or COO-type roles within financial services or adjacent sectors Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams Exposure to capital markets, product development, or digital innovation trends preferred Experience supporting senior leaders and working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity MBA or similar advanced degree preferred but not required Benefits and Awards

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Salary is determined on an individualized basis, and may be part of a total compensation package including bonuses and benefits. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify compensation and other discretionary payments at any time. Seniority level
