Overview

Technical Service Manager at Rentokil Pest Control North America. Reports to Market Technical Director. Primary responsibility is to act as a subject matter expert in pest control strategies for specified market segments and lines of business, supporting Operations with the implementation of service delivery protocols and processes, resolving service quality and customer satisfaction issues, and coaching Operations leaders to develop Technicians. Proactively monitor service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations, National Accounts, and Sales to meet performance thresholds Collaborate with Branch leaders to resolve service quality issues and develop pest management competency across branches and front‑line staff Create action plans and SMART goals to improve service quality; coach Branch leaders on execution and issue resolution Participate in industry trade associations and events to promote industry capability and Rentokil leadership Develop publications and presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives Qualifications

Experience: Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related field preferred but not required Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience 2+ years of Structural Pest Management field experience 1+ years of management experience Skills: Strong project management and change management; written and verbal communication including formal presentations; quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Leadership Traits

Commercial mindset, urgency, and competency Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to troubleshoot in a diverse environment Integrity, self-awareness, respect, empathy, gratitude Continuous learner with ability to influence, delegate, and empower teams Education/Training
